4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices listed on winix.id are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
• Direct bank transfer
• Cash on delivery (COD) in eligible areas
• QRIS and digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, etc.) where available
• Credit/debit card via our payment gateway
Payment must be completed within 1×24 hours of placing an order via bank transfer. Orders not paid within this timeframe may be automatically cancelled.
4.3 Payment Verification
For bank transfer payments, please send your proof of payment to our customer service team. Orders will only be processed after payment has been confirmed and cleared.
5. Orders and Order Processing
When you place an order on winix.id, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Product unavailability or stock depletion
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to process your payment
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment until payment is verified and stock is confirmed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping Coverage
We ship to addresses throughout Indonesia. Shipping options and fees (if any) will be displayed during checkout. Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders.
6.2 Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
• Jabodetabek area: 1-3 business days
• Java & Bali: 2-5 business days
• Outside Java: 3-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
6.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from winix.id pass to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during transit, but we will assist you in filing claims with the courier where applicable.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
7.1 Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The product is in its original, unused condition
• The product is in its original packaging with all accessories included
• The product has a manufacturing defect or was received damaged
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
7.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Products that have been used or installed
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
• Products without original packaging or missing accessories
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
7.3 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method. Refunds for bank transfers will be made to your registered bank account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Product Warranty
Products sold on winix.id are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and are stated on the product page or included in the product packaging.
Warranty coverage generally does not apply to:
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modification
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by use outside the product’s intended purpose
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers
